Job summary
AFRY Management Consulting in the Netherlands is seeking a Principal to lead business development and project delivery in transaction services and strategic market advisory for the Dutch energy sector. You will collaborate with colleagues across our global platform and help grow the Rotterdam office with a senior local team.
The role demands an advanced degree and 8–15 years of experience in the Dutch energy sector, with a strong advisory background and fluency in Dutch and English.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Economics, Business, Engineering or related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in the Dutch energy sector.
- Strong advisory track record in energy sector or related fields.
- Commercial and strategic mindset with client development capability.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects and oversee project teams.
- Build trusted client relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Shape proposals, sales materials and client pitches.
- Develop thought leadership and client-relevant solutions.
- Contribute to capability building and knowledge development.
- Strengthen AFRY's presence in industry networks.
