- Advanced degree in Economics, Business, Engineering or related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in the Dutch energy sector.
- Strong advisory track record in energy sector or related fields.
- Commercial and strategic mindset with client development capability.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects and oversee project teams.
- Build trusted client relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Shape proposals, sales materials and client pitches.
- Develop thought leadership and client-relevant solutions.
- Contribute to capability building and knowledge development.
- Strengthen AFRY's presence in industry networks.
