Cleopatra Enterprise is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive value realization for global clients. You will embed Cleopatra Enterprise into client operations, shaping adoption and strategic outcomes from go-live onward.

You will collaborate with implementation teams, manage key stakeholders, and guide customers through new releases while expanding the platform's business impact across regions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Customer Success or similar roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Ability to define and own success KPIs tied to business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels.
• Experience in post-implementation environments with software adoption.
• Affinity with change dynamics and adoption management.
• Ability to rapidly understand platform and customer business.
• International experience working with global clients.

Responsabilités

• Own the customer success plan from go-live onward to ensure ongoing value.
• Translate business objectives into adoption goals and a prioritized enablement roadmap.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across organizational layers.
• Map stakeholders and maintain engagement plans; run governance with reviews and value realization.
• Drive a center of excellence to optimize the customer journey and engagement.
• Coordinate training and enablement; provide hands-on onboarding and issue triage.
