Job summary

The Netherlands-based Technical Sales Manager will lead the Dutch Critical Power strategy for UPS and service solutions, managing strategic accounts and developing a 5-person sales and after-sales team. You will drive tenders, channel partnerships and collaborate with international management in a global market leader environment.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) preferably in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Commercial management experience within Critical Power / UPS.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Dutch Critical Power strategy for UPS, STS, and service solutions.
• Personally manage and develop strategic key accounts at management and executive levels.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and after-sales team.
• Drive complex tenders, channel partner development, and pipeline forecasting.
