Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an Engagment Lead – Data & AI to guide engagements from vision to delivery across multiple regions, including Amsterdam. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, shape data modernization and AI adoption strategies, and oversee end-to-end engagements with cross-functional teams.

You will advocate best practices in data governance, analytics and enterprise AI, oversee pre-sales activities, and help position EPAM as a strategic partner at industry

Qualifications

• Experience managing client-facing engagements or accounts in consulting or systems integration.
• Ability to build credibility with C-level executives and facilitate business/technical discussions.
• Knowledge of modern Data & AI domains: cloud data platforms, data engineering, governance, ML and generative AI.
• Experience in engagement scoping, estimation and framing value propositions for clients.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and drive account growth.
• Lead and oversee engagements end to end, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Support solutioning and pre-sales activities to position viable, technically sound proposals.
• Understand Data & AI landscape and represent EPAM as a strategic partner at events.
• Drive Data & AI revenue in the country/region of operation.
