Qualifications

• Experience managing client-facing engagements in consulting, professional services or SI environments.
• Ability to build credibility with C-level executives and facilitate business/tech discussions.
• Knowledge of modern Data & AI domains: cloud data platforms, governance, ML and generative AI.
• Experience in engagement scoping, estimation and framing value propositions.
• Strong communication and storytelling to translate tech into business value.
• Industry expertise in Health/Life Sciences, Retail/CF, Financial Services or Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and drive account growth.
• Lead engagements end to end with on-time, high-quality deliverables across data modernization, ML and AI adoption.
• Advocate data governance and enterprise AI integration, manage client expectations and risk.
• Contribute to client advisory sessions, industry events and pre-sales activities.
• Represent EPAM as a strategic partner at industry events and shape proposals and offers.
• Drive Data & AI revenue in a country or region of operation.
