Job summary

ESA is seeking a Corporate Content Officer to join the Corporate and Institutional Communication Office within the Director General’s Services Directorate. You will drive the development and timely delivery of high-impact corporate messaging across all internal and external ESA channels, ensuring alignment across directorates to maintain a unified agency voice.

Responsibilities

• Optimize ESA-wide planning by developing and maintaining long- and short-term communication roadmaps.
• Lead development of Lines to Take and core narratives for a unified corporate voice across channels.
• Curate cross-directorate storytelling aligning with ESA priorities and maintain a master view of upcoming milestones.
• Manage the Corporate Assets hub with harmonized narratives and messaging.
• Coordinate with Communication Programme Officers to foster cross-departmental storytelling opportunities.
