Job summary

Pharming Group is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to lead day-to-day execution of global communications across internal, external, digital, and executive channels. You will report to the Head of Corporate Communications and collaborate with HR, Investor Relations, and regulatory teams to ensure clear, compliant messaging.

The role is an individual contributor within a small team, requiring rapid response, independence, and high-quality output under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of corporate communications experience in pharma/biotech.
• Exceptional English writing and editing skills with ability to simplify complex information.
• Hands-on experience across internal, external and digital channels, including media relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of global communications across internal, external, digital and executive channels.
• Develop integrated communications plans aligned with corporate priorities and strategy.
• Translate complex scientific/financial information into clear communications for diverse audiences.
• Plan and deliver communications around milestones and leadership updates with cross-functional input.
• Manage media relations, press materials, and proactive outreach under Head of Corporate Communications.
• Oversee content for intranet, website, newsletters, presentations and social channels.
• Coordinate with HR, Investor Relations, Legal, Compliance and other teams for integrated messaging.
