Job summary

European Space Agency (ESA) is seeking a Corporate Content Officer to lead the development and timely delivery of high-impact corporate messaging across all internal and external ESA channels. You will report to the Head of the Corporate and Institutional Communication Office and drive alignment to ensure a unified ESA voice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant domain with 8+ years of experience.
• Strong editorial and writing skills for synthesizing complex topics.
• Ability to develop lines to take and core narratives for ESA.

Responsibilities

• Optimize ESA-wide planning by developing long- and short-term communication roadmaps.
• Lead development of Lines to Take (LTT) and core narratives for a unified voice.
• Curate cross-directorate narratives and maintain a master view of news and milestones.
• Manage Corporate Assets hub with harmonized narratives and assets.
• Coordinate with CPOs to enhance cross-department storytelling opportunities.
