J.P. Morgan Securities Services in Amsterdam is seeking a Client Service Manager to ensure consistent service across custody, fund accounting, and middle office.

The role centers on client governance, preparing monthly reviews, and being a primary contact for global clients. You will work with internal partners across Sales, Operations, Onboarding, Product and Technology, travel for client visits, and contribute to growth plans.

Formación

• 3–4 years of relevant financial services experience.
• Experience working in a client facing role and ability to lead client meetings.
• Fluency in English; Swedish language preferrable.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Support Client Service managers with existing client activity and manage a small portfolio of clients independently.
• Manage monthly client governance processes including the measurement and monitoring of service levels, KPIs and RAG ratings.
• Work with internal colleagues to create and execute plans to resolve service issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risk by enhancing the operating model and influencing client behaviours.
• Ensure accurate and timely fee billing and client payments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Onboarding, Product and Technology to align client priorities with Securities Services.
• Travel required to visit clients for reviews and meetings.
