Job summary

JPMorgan Securities Services is seeking an Associate or Vice President to drive client relationships in an international setting in Amsterdam. You will understand client needs, manage strategic relationships, and grow the client portfolio through prospecting and incremental sales.

You will collaborate with service management, product, operations, and risk teams to optimize delivery and maintain program discipline. Travel may be required in this dynamic, client-focused role.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to engage partners and clients.
• Knowledge of client strategies and ability to align JPMorgan with client objectives.
• Self-motivated in assisting and owning negotiations.
• Experience in a client-facing role within financial services.
• Ability to identify revenue opportunities through cross-selling Securities Services and CIB products.

Responsibilities

• Assist Seniors in coverage of clients and manage existing strategic Securities Services client relationships.
• Collaborate with client service management, product management, operations, technology, risk, credit and legal to optimize delivery.
• Support senior Sales members to maintain the firm's strong position.
• Develop relationships with prospective clients and expand client intimacy for retention and growth.
• Research client strategy, commercials, and create playbooks.
