Job summary

Van Oord is seeking a strategic partner to lead the communication and change approach for its major transformation programmes, including ERP implementations, organisational changes and efficiency initiatives. You will engage with critical stakeholders, manage resistance and ensure that change is not only communicated but also realised.

You are a non-traditional communicator, trusted to challenge leaders while building trust and engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise change, communications or transformation experience.
• Proven impact in complex, international organisations.
• Strong presence at Board and Executive Committee levels.
• Experience managing resistance, political dynamics and large-scale cultural change.
• Ability to challenge leaders while building trust and engagement.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the change and communication strategy for enterprise transformation programmes.
• Advise Executive Committee and senior leaders on behaviour, decision making and visibility.
• Translate complex strategic decisions into clear and credible narratives that provide direction.
• Actively managing resistance and stakeholder dynamics in an international environment.
• Ensure adoption and behavioural change through measurable impact.
