Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a Transformation and Change Management Practitioner based in the Netherlands. The role leads complex transformation programmes across operating models, technology, processes, people, and governance, collaborating with investment, commercial, and technology specialists.

You will engage senior stakeholders, build organisational commitment, and embed new ways of working to drive growth, resilience, and value creation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in transformation, change management, or related delivery roles.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional transformation programmes with senior sponsors.
• Proven ability to develop and execute transformation roadmaps and governance.
• Excellent narrative skills to communicate business cases and measures of success.
• Strong commercial judgment linking initiatives to growth and efficiency.
• Experience in private equity, transaction advisory, or high-growth tech preferred.
• Experience in industries like insurance, capital markets, healthcare, logistics, or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream transformation programmes from diagnosis to measurable outcomes.
• Develop roadmaps covering case for change, operating model, sequencing, risks, and benefits.
• Establish governance, rhythms, decision structures to keep initiatives on track.
• Engage senior stakeholders and secure organisational commitment through credible communication.
• Design change-management strategies covering alignment, communications, organisation design, adoption.
• Translate technology and operational challenges into commercial implications relating to growth and value creation.
• Support post-deal value creation by helping portfolio leadership execute priorities with continuity.
• Connect transformation priorities with product, engineering, data, platforms, delivery capabilities, and operating models.
• Build trusted client relationships, contribute to new propositions and mentor colleagues.
