Job summary
Paragon Central Europe is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join the Central Europe Board and shape the region's financial and strategic direction across five countries. Reporting to the CEO Central Europe with a dotted line to the Group CFO, you will be a true strategic partner translating growth into robust plans and ensuring governance and financial discipline.

Qualifications
- Senior finance experience with CFO or equivalent role
- Experience in multi-country, multi-currency environment
- Track record of scaling organisations between €100m–€300m revenue
- University degree in Finance or Economics; professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA) is a strong plus
- Native German or Dutch and fluent English
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial leadership across five countries
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting and control
- Oversee cash flow, treasury and financing activities
- Drive M&A, restructuring and integration initiatives
- Ensure governance, legal, risk and regulatory compliance across regions
- Lead finance transformation and systems investments
- Build and develop a high-performing regional finance team
