Job summary

Heras Benelux is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for the Benelux region to lead the finance function, partner with the CEO and Executive Team, and drive performance improvement and transformation. The role focuses on margin insight, project profitability, forecasting discipline and value creation in a project-driven environment.

The CFO will oversee accounting, FP&A, budgeting, reporting, cash flow and working capital, while ensuring strong governance and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in PE-backed environments.
• Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cash management.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP and MS Dynamics 365 BC) and project-based profitability.

Responsibilities

• Stabilise and strengthen the finance organisation in Benelux.
• Improve performance management, forecasting discipline and value creation.
• Enhance margin insight, project profitability and cost control.
• Ensure governance, internal controls and reliable reporting.
