Job summary

Heras Benelux is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to build a stronger financial foundation across its Benelux operations. The role focuses on finance leadership, performance improvement, and value creation through margin insight and project profitability.

The CFO will partner with the CEO Benelux and the Executive Leadership Team to drive forecasting discipline, governance, and ERP transformation for a project-based business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader within PE-backed environments.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control.
• Experience with project-based businesses and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Stabilise and strengthen the finance organisation in Benelux.
• Improve margin insight, project profitability and cost control.
• Drive forecasting discipline, planning and reporting cadence.
• Ensure governance, internal controls and reliable reporting.
