Job summary

Segway-Ninebot Europe is seeking a senior Regional CFO to lead the finance function across Europe, based in Amsterdam. You will oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance while aligning regional goals with global corporate objectives.

Responsibilities include standardizing practices across subsidiaries, driving budgeting and SAP implementations, and partnering with commercial leaders to manage performance. Fluency in English and Mandarin, plus 10+ years in finance, are required.

Qualifications

University degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of finance experience in a similar environment.
Experience in consumer electronics and/or mobility industry preferred.
Familiarity with China, the Netherlands, and European tax regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead pan-European finance team and standardize accounting practices across subsidiaries.
Oversee accounting management, treasury operations, tax governance, and financial compliance across Europe.
Oversee IFRS reporting and local statutory requirements; coordinate external audits.
Drive annual budgeting, scenario planning, and SAP implementation; promote AI-enabled workflows.
