Job summary
NewCold Melbourne is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Breda to identify and develop new cold storage opportunities across Europe. You will lead consultative sales discussions, understand customers’ operational and strategic requirements, and translate them into integrated logistics solutions that meet commercial objectives.
In this role you will develop financial models, evaluate project returns, negotiate terms, and manage multi-year sales cycles with senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Management or Strategic Sales.
- Experience in large-scale logistics, warehousing or infrastructure projects with capital intensity is highly desirable.
- Experience managing relationships at executive level.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop greenfield cold storage opportunities across Europe.
- Lead consultative sales discussions to understand customers' needs.
- Translate requirements into integrated logistics solutions and negotiate terms.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, PM, Executive Leadership) to deliver projects.
- Develop financial models and evaluate project returns.
- Drive internal governance and ensure milestones are met.
