Job summary

NewCold is seeking an experienced Operations Support Director Europe to lead and develop the European Operations Support function, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient operations across our network of automated cold storage facilities.

In this high-visibility role you will standardize practices, drive continuous improvement, and partner with regional and central teams to deliver measurable performance and strategic growth across Europe.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Proven track record of leading multi-site and multinational operational teams.
• Strong experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management within a matrix organization.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the European Operations Support strategy in alignment with business priorities and the AOP.
• Establish clear governance, standards, and ways of working across the region.
• Support country and site leadership to improve productivity, efficiency, cost performance and stability.
• Lead cross-site improvement programs and standardize processes across Europe.
