Genpact is seeking a high-impact Business Development Executive in the Netherlands to lead large-scale deals and expand Genpact’s client base. You will develop strategic sales plans, engage EVP and C-level buyers, and help drive growth across BPO, ITO, and consulting offerings.

In this role, you will nurture executive relationships, represent Genpact at industry events, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes. Hybrid work within the Netherlands is offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in commerce/economics/finance.
• MBA or analytics masters are desirable.
• Proven track record in business development and negotiational sales.

Mansioni

• Generate $10M in annual contract value by positioning Genpact’s BPO, ITO, and consulting offerings.
• Develop and communicate a strategic sales plan to achieve goals.
• Close outsourcing engagements ranging from $25M to $100M+ with EVP and C-level buyers.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities and expand client network.
• Collaborate with account management and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and outcomes.
