Job summary

Atos SE is seeking a proactive Bid Manager to own end-to-end bid processes across EU tenders, coordinating diverse stakeholders from sales to legal while ensuring compliance and timely submissions.

You will drive governance, write compelling responses, and leverage AI-enabled bidding tools to improve processes. Dutch fluency and strong English are essential for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with RFI/RFP in formal procurement environments.
• Experience on EU tenders.
• Ability to ensure bid compliance and governance.
• 3-10+ years in Bid Management or PMO roles.
• APMP certification at Foundation or Practitioner level is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own bids end-to-end: from qualification through submission.
• Drive governance, approvals, and formal compliance.
• Ensure responses meet all client, legal, and procurement requirements.
• Coordinate sales, delivery, legal, finance, and technical stakeholders.
• Write, edit, and structure bid content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
• Identify risks early and guide teams toward practical solutions.
• Continuously improve our bid processes and help integrate AI-enabled tools.
