Job summary

Nobel Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Director (Hunter) for a specialist division of a well-established international organization. You will drive growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities across industries, with emphasis on supply chain planning and analytics.

Reporting to the division's Executive Vice President, you will own the commercial strategy, build executive relationships, and lead opportunities from initial engagement through deal closure in a hybrid

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles.
Experience in supply chain planning solutions, enterprise software, or consulting services.
Proven track record of hitting €2M+ annual quotas.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Able to travel regularly to Zoetermeer / Amsterdam area and work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver an annual new business quota of €2-2.5 million.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with clear qualification and progression of opportunities.
Define and execute business development strategies for target industries, market segments, and geographies.
Identify and manage new decision intelligence opportunities within supply chain planning.
Build executive-level relationships with prospective clients and key decision makers.
Lead opportunities from engagement through contract signature.
