Job summary

NUNC Capital is seeking a Content & Growth Marketer to build and scale a versatile content function across Ventures, Platforms and Services. You will translate complex defense tech stories into clear, credible content for buyers, investors, and partners.

You'll own content creation, calendars, decks, and web copy, collaborating with tech teams to drive business development and portfolio growth. This role offers direct impact, responsibility, and room to shape the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• 5+ years of B2B content marketing or growth marketing experience.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English with portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and tell the portfolio companies' stories clearly and credibly across channels.
• Create and manage content calendars for multiple ventures.
• Produce pitch decks, one-pagers, product info, and web copy aligned to company goals.
• Develop consistent core messages and reusable content formats.
• Support business development with content that builds trust and moves conversations forward.
• Analyze content performance and translate insights into improvements.
• Experiment with formats and distribution to increase reach and impact.
• Collaborate with external specialists for video or design.
