Job summary
Yuma in the Netherlands is seeking a dynamic Dutch-speaking Manager IT Operations to oversee the continuity and performance of client IT environments from Utrecht and Rijswijk. You will lead operational delivery, align people, processes and technology, and partner with Service Line management to drive a reliable, scalable operation.

Qualifications
- Proven track record as team lead in Managed Services, IT Operations or Service Delivery.
- Experience leading technical and customer-facing teams.
- Ability to align people, priorities and objectives.
- Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes.
- Strong IT infrastructure knowledge and operational rigor.
Responsibilities
- Own operational performance and service quality across Utrecht operations.
- Lead Service Line Management with colleagues in Rijswijk and Arnhem.
- Translate client needs into day-to-day delivery by teams.
- Establish KPIs, SLAs and continuous improvement plans.
- Drive resource planning and collaboration across Delivery, Ops and Sales.
- Support integration of AI, automation and data-driven decisions.
- Ensure security, compliance and business continuity are embedded.
