You will recruit, motivate and develop the team, manage performance, coach staff and uphold company standards. Responsibilities include coaching on customer service, merchandising, stock control and loss prevention to drive sales and ensure store success.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, motivate, develop and lead the store team
