URBN is seeking an experienced Store Leader to oversee the operations of the Den Haag store and drive short- and long-term strategic planning. You will be accountable for sales, service, profitability and loss prevention while fostering a creative store community aligned with Urban culture.

You will recruit, train and develop managers, coach the team on customer service, merchandise standards and loss prevention, and lead initiatives to improve store performance and employee growth.
