• Deliver a positive, friendly customer experience through conversation and service.
• Enhance the store's VIBE during peak selling hours by staying customer-focused.
• Maintain a store experience reflecting mystery shop standards and be a positive role model.
• Participate in training and development of peers and communicate effectively.
• Operate tills, support shipments, and keep back stock and receiving areas organized.
• Assist in weekly tasks such as markdowns, transfers, and RTVs while following safety guidelines.
• Uphold merchandising and cleanliness standards and ensure stock on the sales floor.
