Job summary

Nike Utrecht Overvecht is seeking a Team Lead to deliver world-class service and a premium brand experience. You will coordinate, coach, and motivate teammates while managing daily operations to drive sales targets, including digital services and campaigns.

You will partner with store leadership to solve problems, ensure NIKE standards, and act as a brand ambassador for NIKE initiatives. The role requires flexibility to work retail hours and a collaborative, inclusive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
