Job summary

Nike Amsterdam Osdorp is seeking a Team Lead to deliver world-class service and a premium brand experience. You will coordinate, coach, and motivate teammates while supporting daily business to hit sales targets across the floor, digital services, and promotional campaigns.

As brand ambassador, you will ensure Nike standards, lead with excellence on the sales floor, and collaborate with store leadership to enhance the athlete experience and store operations.

Qualifications

• Deliver world-class service and premium brand experience.
• Coordinate, coach, and motivate teammates to maintain excellent work atmosphere.
• Support daily business to achieve sales targets, including digital services, visual merchandising, sales floor, and promotions.
• Identify and solve problems with store leadership; be a brand ambassador for NIKE's initiatives.
• Ensure the store complies with NIKE standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• COMMERCIAL: support efficient receiving of product, inventory accuracy to visual presentation standards, and timely monthly initiative launches.
• ATHLETE EXPERIENCE: ensure the team is equipped to deliver the highest quality athlete experience.
• CONSUMER EXPERIENCE: lead by example and deliver our sales floor service to bring the consumer journey to life.
