Timberland Rotterdam is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead the team on the shop floor and support the Store Manager in achieving commercial success. You will foster a welcoming environment and deliver outstanding customer experiences while overseeing daily operations and stock management.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on leadership with a strong customer mindset, effective communication and a proactive approach, including weekend availability and a 30-hour work week.

• Experience in a supervisory role in retail or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the shop floor and support the Store Manager.
• Drive sales through proactive customer engagement and recommendations.
• Assist with scheduling, stock replenishment and floor coverage.
• Ensure health & safety guidelines and brand standards are followed.
• Support opening and closing procedures and daily store operations.
