Job summary

Tommy Hilfiger in Roermond seeks a store supervisor to ensure the shop floor runs efficiently, delivering premium service and driving sales and profit. You will support the management team and help steer merchandising, staffing and KPIs to best represent the brand at all times.

As a strong communicator and team player, you will participate in weekly meetings, relay promotions to staff, motivate the team, and uphold product knowledge and store standards across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
• People management experience with conflict resolution.
• Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships.
• Team player who recognises and celebrates others’ contributions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve the highest levels of customer service, sales and profit.
• Support the management team managing all personnel, product & merchandising functions, business processes and results for the store.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
• Clearly communicate to staff all marketing and sales promotions.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team and delivering an exemplary store journey.
• Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and colleagues fairly and consistently.
