Job summary

Timberland Rotterdam is looking for a Store Supervisor to lead the shop floor, support the Store Manager and deliver exceptional customer experiences on a daily basis.

This 30-hour-per-week role requires weekend availability, strong leadership, and a proactive, hands-on approach. English is required; Dutch is a strong advantage, and the role offers growth within VF Corporation’s iconic outdoor brand.

We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Store Supervisor to help lead our Rotterdam store team. As a key member of the store leadership team, you will support daily operations, inspire colleagues through example, and deliver exceptional experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.

What you'll do

As Store Supervisor, you'll play an active role on the shop floor while supporting the Store Manager in driving commercial success and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include

Availability

• This is a 30‑hour per week position.
• Availability on at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods.

Language Skills

• English proficiency is required.
• Dutch language skills are considered a strong advantage

Hiring Range : €27,361.60 EUR - €34,202.00 EUR annually
