Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within retail.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Understanding of retail KPIs and loss prevention basics.
• Strong customer service skills and product knowledge.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations and staff coordination.
• Lead, coach and develop team to hit sales and service targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and handle escalations.
• Monitor store performance and implement improvements.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new staff.
