Action is seeking a Process Expert Store Operations for our headquarters in Zwaagdijk-Oost. You will own and continuously improve core store processes including inbound logistics, replenishment, ordering and returns.

You will analyse stock levels across thousands of stores using dashboards to drive improvements. You will translate issues into structured actions, create training materials, and work with Logistics, IT and country teams to ensure stable day-to-day operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail store operations or process management; consultancy, logistics / supply chain backgrounds welcome if you have strong affinity with in-store processes
• Comfortable working with large data sets in Excel; able to translate data into actionable insights and clear reports or dashboards
• Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP / WMS system would be helpful
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) plus at least one other European language
• Strong communicator who can engage effectively with store managers, area managers and senior stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Manage and continuously improve key store operational processes such as inbound logistics, replenishment, ordering, and returns.
• Monitor and analyse stock availability and accuracy across all Action stores, using data sets and dashboards to identify trends and drive improvements
• Act as the primary process and systems contact for store management, Regional Managers, Area Managers and Country Teams — translating operational issues into structured improvement actions
• Create clear process documentation, manuals and training materials that enable store teams to work consistently and effectively
• Visit stores to validate processes on the ground, build relationships and gather first-hand insights
• Work closely with Logistics, Commerce, IT and other stakeholders to implement process and system improvements and ensure day-to-day operational stability
