Job summary

ZARA in Groningen seeks an Operational Store Deputy to own the store's operational flow and collaborate with the Operations Manager and Store Manager to move products efficiently from delivery to shop floor, supporting availability and performance.

You will lead a team, optimize customer-facing operations in the sales area, and pursue improvements that enhance commercial results while ensuring Health & Safety standards and sustainability commitments are followed.

Responsibilities

• Own the store's operational flow from delivery to shop floor, ensuring product availability and smooth operations.
• Lead the team across the store entrance, maintenance, replenishment, fitting rooms and tills.
• Maintain Health & Safety standards and contribute to loss prevention and sustainability commitments.
• Communicate proactively with the operations team and managers to ensure goals are met and processes run smoothly.
