Job summary

You will work with the Store Manager and Area Operations Manager to optimize stockroom activities, replenishment, and delivery processes while driving productivity and profitability.

You will lead an operations team, manage schedules, and ensure resources are used effectively, while upholding Health & Safety, security procedures, and sustainability

• Lead the operations team, set schedules, and develop team members for succession.
• Collaborate with Store/Department Managers to align stockroom activities with shop floor needs and safety standards.
