waterdrop® in Amsterdam is seeking a proactive Store Leader to drive sales and customer experience in our fast-growing e-commerce retail network. You will lead a team, recruit and train staff, manage budgets, duty rosters and store presentation, while delivering on KPIs and delivering excellent service.

You will champion our Retail Core Values, participate in the Elevate Management Development Programme and develop talent for future store leadership.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Experience in customer service, product presentation and commercial management.
• Understands store KPIs, objectives, performance drivers.
• Ability to report sales figures and store performance to senior management.
• Experience recruiting and training a high-performing team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative approach.
• Self-motivated and driven to deliver standards and results.
• Ability to influence commercial and operational areas.
• Flexibility to adapt leadership style to situations.

Responsabilités

• Be an Ambassador for our Brand, Values and Product.
• Maximise contribution by achieving budget sales and controlling costs.
• Manage store costs while delivering on store objectives.
• Report weekly figures to monitor store performance and opportunities.
• Ensure recruitment and scheduling are in line with budgets and store openings/closings.
• Oversee training to develop and motivate the team and coaching performance.
• Manage customer experience and brand presentation.
• Support succession planning and talent development for future store managers.
• Oversee store presentation, stockrooms, and merchandising.
• Provide feedback on product performance to relevant departments.
• Maintain open communication within store and with other departments.
• Lead local events, marketing and sales opportunities to grow business.
