waterdrop® is looking for a proactive Store Associate in the Roermond region to represent our brand in-store. You will assist customers, answer questions about products and pricing, and help guide purchases with a friendly, professional approach.

As part of a dynamic, international team, you’ll maintain store standards, support data collection for loyalty programs, and participate in regular training and meetings. This role requires enthusiasm, adaptability, and a strong customer service mindset.

• Resolve customer complaints promptly by investigating problems and proposing solutions.
• Deliver product knowledge with relevant recommendations through our selling ceremony.
• Attend store meetings and training sessions as required by your manager.
• Maintain good communication with colleagues and uphold brand standards.
