Job summary

ASICS is seeking a Store Manager for the FO SugarCity store in Amsterdam The Styles Outlet Center. You will lead a team, drive sales, and ensure top service and presentation standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will report to the District Manager and play a direct role in budgeting, planning, and people development while delivering the brand’s customer-centric experience.

Qualifications

• Around 4-6 years of retail experience.
• Approximately 2-3 years of supervisory experience, including coaching and developing people.
• Qualification in Business Administration or related field (or two years' additional experience).
• Impressive track record of delivering quality customer service.
• Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, and people management.

• Guide and support staff to maintain high standards in customer service and sales.
