Job summary

ASICS EMEA in Amsterdam is seeking a Store Manager for FO Sugar City, The Styles Outlet Center, to lead a busy retail team and drive sales. You will drive eye-catching displays and outstanding customer service while managing reporting and store overheads to support business growth.

The role requires around 4-6 years of retail experience and 2-3 years in supervision, plus a qualification in Business Administration or equivalent. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

As Store Manager, you'll take the lead at our FO Sugar City store in Amsterdam The Styles Outlet Center, coordinating and motivating a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Eye-catching window displays, smiling shoppers, and busy tills - you'll be across it all, thanks to your keen commercial awareness and focus on delivering excellent customer service.

You'll juggle everything from reporting performance to handling store overheads, all while inspiring your team to maintain the highest retail standards.

Your decisions will directly impact the business's bottom line as you steer your store to success.
