Job summary

URBN in The Hague is seeking a store leadership professional to support the store manager in achieving strategic goals. You will help drive sales, service, profitability, and loss prevention while fostering a community that reflects the Urban culture.

You will help develop and mentor a large team, build relationships with the community, and uphold the Peers Teaching Peers philosophy as part of everyday operations at VLAMINGSTRAAT 18.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing a large team
• Recruit, train and develop managers to increase day-to-day productivity of the business
• Assist with the development of Department Managers to ensure that succession planning for future growth of the business
• Manage aspects of performance development (Performance Appraisals, Individual Development Plans, Coaching and Counselling and Disciplinary actions) for a productive and successful workforce
• Uphold Company standards and act as a positive role model to others
• Ensure Department Managers conduct and execute productive daily and department meetings
• Model the way
