Job summary

Urban Outfitters Europe in Den Haag is seeking a senior store leader to oversee operations, drive profitability and develop a high-performing team. You will take total store accountability for sales, service, and loss prevention while fostering a creative community that reflects Urban culture.

You will recruit, train and advance store leadership, manage performance and coaching, and roll out new training and operational initiatives to sustain growth and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior management role within fast-paced fashion retail.
• Ability to positively impact sales, payroll and stock loss metrics.
• Proven track record of developing talented individuals at Department Manager level.
• Strong scheduling, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Urban Outfitters culture and local market.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop store managers to increase day-to-day productivity.
• Develop Assistant Store Manager and Department Managers to support succession planning.
• Manage all aspects of people development including performance appraisals and coaching.
• Uphold company standards and act as a strong store leader.
• Empower management to run productive daily and department meetings with clear agendas.
