Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Den Haag is seeking a Store Manager to lead a large team and partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, service, profitability and loss prevention. You will nurture community relations and uphold Urban culture while coaching managers for succession and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role in fast-paced, high-volume fashion retail.
• Upholding a service-oriented culture and strong VIBE.
• Ability to positively impact sales, payroll and stock loss.
• Proven track record of developing talent at department level.
• Ability to identify problems and implement creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a large team and recruit, train and develop managers for daily productivity.
• Support succession planning for future growth and coach staff accordingly.
• Manage performance development, appraisals and disciplinary actions.
• Provide guidance and act as a positive role model to the team.
• Lead daily and department meetings and roll out new training initiatives.
• Maintain strong communication and lead by example.
• Coach on customer service, standards, product placement and time management.
• Drive store profitability and loss prevention efforts.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly and stock is fully stocked.
• Plan and execute projects with priority and maintain Health & Safety procedures.
