Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and coach department managers.
• Ability to drive sales, payroll and stock loss performance.
• Understanding of Urban Outfitters culture and local market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a large team and recruit, train, and develop managers.
• Support store manager to achieve sales, service, profitability and loss prevention goals.
• Uphold company standards and act as a positive role model.
• Lead daily meetings and roll out new training and initiatives.
• Coach on customer service, merchandising, and time management.
• Ensure stock availability and execute store-level procedures.
