Arc'teryx Roermond is seeking a Store Lead to guide a team of 12 Product Guides and partner with Store Management. You’ll champion the guest experience, share product knowledge, and coach from the floor across five pillars: experience, product, community, operations and people.

You bring 1+ years of leadership in retail, a guest-centric mindset, strong organizational skills and English plus local language fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build community and connection through storytelling and events.
• Communicate and collaborate with leadership to hit goals.
• Oversee transactions, open/close the store, and track sales and budgets.
