Arc'teryx Roermond is looking for a passionate Product Guide to welcome guests with energy, share product knowledge, and match gear to customers' needs. You are the face of the brand in our Roermond store, delivering unforgettable experiences and living the outdoors ethos.

You will grow with the team through hands-on coaching, cross-store opportunities, and participation in regional initiatives while staying curious, collaborative, and committed to the Arc'teryx values.

Qualifications

• Guest-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Willingness to work during key retail periods (e.g., Black Friday, holidays) and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Fluency in English and the local language (e.g., Dutch) is essential.
• Ability to learn quickly through hands-on coaching and collaboration with store teams.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful guest experiences by sharing product knowledge and helping guests find gear that fits their needs.
• Live the Arc'teryx brand in-store and in the community, staying curious and inspired.
• Grow and collaborate with your team, contribute to brand initiatives and elevate the store experience.
• Keep the store running smoothly by processing transactions, handling guest expectations, and supporting daily tasks.
