Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using our C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Establish and nurture relationships with consumers, team members and community
• Lead the store team to meet and exceed performance metrics
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines and daily activities
• Contribute to an enjoyable team environment with open suggestions and collaboration
• Learn and assist in departments within the store including service, product knowledge, visual presentation and stock room
• Support daily retail operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty program and store cleanliness
