Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and share ideas and concerns.
• Learn and assist in multiple store departments including customer service, product knowledge, visual presentation and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and promotions, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
• Follow Crocs Asset Protection policies including inventory control and compliance procedures.
