Job summary

Crocs, part of The Boolchand Group family, is seeking a Supervisor to lead the store team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will help ensure daily operations run smoothly, act as Manager on Duty when required, and uphold brand standards.

The role requires 2+ years of retail experience with leadership exposure, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic office software

Responsibilities

• Support store goals and lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service
• Supervise daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty when needed
• Train and guide sales associates to uphold store standards
• Ensure excellence in visual merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention
• Motivate the team to achieve daily sales and customer experience goals
• Resolve customer issues and employee concerns in line with company policy
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including checklist completion
