Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Amsterdam is seeking Brand Representatives to bring the store experience to life, engaging customers with care and representing the brand authentically. You’ll help customers find what they need and maintain a welcoming, well-presented environment.

You’ll contribute to a positive omni-channel experience, assist with in-store and online orders, and support checkout, replenishment, and visual merchandising. English fluency is required, Dutch optional.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment balancing customer engagement and tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, initiate conversation, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized sales environment with presentation standards.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges efficiently while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
• Create a seamless omni-channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, In-Store Pick-Up, and ship-from-store orders.
