Job summary

The Key Lead at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Maastricht is responsible for guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver quality in-store experiences and drive daily sales on the floor.

You will supervise opening/closing routines, operate POS systems, manage omni-channel orders, maintain visual displays, and analyze reports to improve store performance while upholding the brand's culture and values.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience: At least 1 year preferred.
• No supervisory/ managerial experience required.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English & Dutch is required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
